Thanks be to God!

Thanksgiving is celebrated by our country one day a year. We are to give God our thanks every day as we express our appreciation and as we reflect on all our blessings.

As our heavenly Father sees us in our human condition, may we, like Jesus, view others with loving and compassionate hearts. We are to treat people warmly, be a good listener and offer to assist in outreach programs inside and outside the church. These are a few ways in which we can demonstrate the “love of Jesus”.

As God has blessed us, so may we be a blessing to others.

The Christmas parade will be December 10, and we are again participating with a float. Many hands are needed to make this a success. Please see Marilyn Kirk for information on how you can help and to sign up.

"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
