ROGERS COUNTY FAIR:  Our Mission Field

          Once again volunteers from Redeemer were able to share the “Good News” of God’s grace with the people in our community. We personally interacted with 150 plus individuals. Free Bibles, coloring books, pens with our church information, make - take items, etc. were given to visitors at our booth. A very special THANK YOU to those who served in our booth’s outreach ministry, Pastor Mark and Roz Burger, Kim Cobb, Adam Haley, Carolyn Hayes, Eileen Husting, Denis Nelson, Carol Quinn, Roma and David Robert Ramthun, Ruth Ritter, May Jo Rostek, Mary Slater, Jean Sykes.

EVANGELISM

  The Evangelism director provides Redeemer Lutheran’s congregation with materials, education, and opportunities to share the Gospel.   The mission of evangelism includes:

  • Coordinating visitor programs.
  • Facilitating outreach programs for the unchurched in the community.
  • Helping organize opportunities for members of the community to visit Redeemer Lutheran to learn more about the Christian faith.  These include special worship opportunities and such annual activities as an Easter Butterfly Hunt, outreach at the Rogers County Fair, Trunk or Treat, and an entry in the Claremore Christmas parade. 
  • Raising public awareness of Redeemer Lutheran church through various media and activities.
  • Assisting new members become part of the life of the church.

 

"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
