“PRECIOUS AND LOVED”
The Lord speaks in Isaiah 43:4a to Israel, “You are precious and honored in my sight and because I love you…”
These same words extend to each one of us. God’s love for man is beyond our comprehension Jesus took it upon himself our guilt and condemnation. His death and resurrection set us FREE to be cleansed children of our Heavenly Father. All of this because we ARE precious in God’s eyes.
As we begin our Lenten journey may we each reflect that we have been chosen and are treasured beyond human measure.
May we be inspired by the Holy Spirit to walk in the footsteps of Jesus and to proclaim the GOOD NEWS of salvation to those we hold dear. We daily experience God’s patience and an intimate relationship. He renews us, hares not only our joys but our sorrows as well. Say to yourself “I am precious in God’s sight”, “I AM PRECIOUS IN GOD’S SIGHT”
